Zone of the Enders is a futuristic mech game. You play as 13 year-old boy who finds a mech named Jehuty. Basically his goal is to stop the enemy mechs that destroyed his colony (the common humans live in space colonies, wheras the high class humans still live on earth). The game boasts stunning graphics and true 3-D environments. As Jehuty, you
fight in colonies with sky scrapers and houses that you can actually obliterate (altho you go down in rank, but I have to admit its fun especially in versus mode). Sice the game is all in 3-D it feels so real that you might actually get motion sickness. The controls are so easy to handle but the
enemies are always the same. Overall the game is fun, but leaves you wanting more; like most PS2 games you can beat it in 5-6 hours, but its a great game to rent. Included with Zone of the Enders is a demo of Metal Gear Solid 2.
